We had Amazing family trip here at kaithara heritage. Mr Xavier is great host and responsive for all the queries, Helped us in getting rental cars to local food and places to visit nearby. Property is huge with very beautiful antiques and furniture. They do have kitchen and dogs. Property is huge and near to main road opposite army school. Go for the property and hassel free stay at your comfort zone.

We booked this place from AirBnB. It's a 160 years old heritage home. They do allow really early check-in. Place has good open area, for parking and playing. Place as total 6 rooms, 3 on ground floor, and 3 on first floor. All rooms are Air-conditioned. There is huge common area on both floors, and all area is well furnished with antique wooden furniture. Place overall has a nice rustic feel. Host, Xavier is quite nice, and can be relied upon for any recommendation. Added Bonus: for dog lovers, there are two Labrador and one German Shepherd- very well behaved and playful. If you fear dogs, host does ensure that dogs are kept out of your way.

Good host and nice ambience. Host Xavier & Catherine creates magic with food . Try food from his kitchen customised as per your taste. Good suggestions too. Can host 12 members with ease. There are about 6 rooms and it's spacious. Good place to have get together/ wedding team hosting. It's near to baby beach and on way to Mascot resort. Also they have 3 dogs which are friendly pets.

Excellent location, easy to access the beach and other tourist location from there The spaces have a great historical charm and that makes you feel really comfortable when you’re there The host and the services at the house are amazing as well he was absolutely gracious in my late booking and showed us a wonderful enjoyable time during our stay at Kaithara with great music and good food

Great location just off the main road and in the army cantt so lovely and green all around. Superbly located close to St Angelo's fort which is a must visit and surrounding beaches. The caretaker is warm and accommodating. The room was neat and clean with all required amenities. The house has a couple of dogs with a large front porch for parking and to enjoy your morning tea. Overall I will strongly recommend Kaithara Heritage.
